Each school is different. Some choose to use local suppliers whilst others have a school canteen, and some schools use both! We want to help you find the best solution, so we work with each school to find the easiest, most nutritious meals for your kids.

Each school is different! You can see what your school offers once registered. Remember, lunch and recess sometimes have different cut-off times, but don't worry, we remove those items for you once their cut-off time has passed.

Each supplier is different! Check the cut-off time for your supplier under the ‘Create Orders' tab in your account.

Each school has their own system! Some schools choose to hand lunches out in a certain area, whereas others take lunches to your child's classroom. But don't worry, once you have ordered and your child knows to expect a lunch, there's nothing to worry about.

Always check directly with your supplier! All our suppliers and canteens will be working in spaces that contain allergens, including but not limited to: Nuts, Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Shellfish and Fish.

Each school has different food! To see your school's options, register first and then enjoy browsing the healthy (and tasty) options.

For all food orders you can cancel up until the cut off time. We know life doesn't always go to plan, so you can cancel, edit or repeat orders in the “My orders” section of your dashboard. If the cut off time has passed for your supplier you will need to call them directly and see if they can help out. Smart Schools is unable to cancel orders after the cut off time without consent from your supplier.

Please first contact your food provider (supplier, canteen, P&C or school) for a resolution. All their contact details can be found when logged in under the CONTACT button.

You can find your supplier's details on the Contact page when you are logged in. Mistakes are never fun, so if the problem happens again, contact us and we will happily assist in getting it solved.

Absolutely — you can add funds securely anytime using card payment.

You’ll receive an email confirmation and it will appear in your “My Orders” tab instantly.

Yes. All payments are processed through a fully encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway. We never store your card details.

Your school or supplier will usually hold the meal for pickup — but this depends on the school’s policy.

Yes. Anyone can create their own login and link to your child’s profile with permission.

Yes! You can add all your children under one login, even if they attend different schools using Smart Schools.

Your school can set up all sorts of products for sale from uniforms to coffee cups. All items listed will be under your Shop Tab of your profile

Items are either delivered to the school or collected as per your school’s settings — details appear during checkout and your school or P&C will let you know.

Contact the school or supplier through your order history to arrange a size exchange or return if allowed.

Events FAQ

Choose the event, select tickets, and confirm payment online. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation.

Refunds depend on the school’s event policy but you can normally cancel right up until the booking end time. Any refunds will go back to your account balance.

Free events have no cost to book but still require registration to track attendance for the school or P&C.
